Who adds the products to the online store – the client or Lerox Solutions?
Usually, the client (store owner) adds and manages their products using the store’s admin panel. We deliver the store with example products and basic training so you can continue uploading your catalog. This is the most practical method, since you know your inventory best (descriptions, pricing, stock) and can update it anytime.
If you don’t have time or prefer to delegate, we can help:
Minor product uploads are included in maintenance (if occasional).
For larger uploads, we can quote a one-time service.
You stay in control, with our support when needed.
How many times can the website content be updated?
There’s no fixed limit for reasonable content updates.
Small changes – like editing text, replacing an image, or correcting contact details – can be done anytime. These updates are part of our ongoing maintenance plan.
If the updates are frequent and large (e.g., full catalog changes every week or major redesigns monthly), we may suggest:

Can a new page be added after the website is launched?

Simple new pages are usually covered by your annual maintenance plan (1–2 per year if similar in complexity).
If the new page is complex or highly custom, we’ll inform you if there’s an extra cost.
We keep design and structure consistent across all updates.
Can the client manage the website independently?
Yes. We deliver your site with an easy-to-use admin panel (e.g., WordPress or another CMS).
You’ll receive an admin account and basic training to:
Edit texts
Change images
Add blog posts or products (for online stores)
You can manage content 24/7.
If you prefer not to handle it yourself, we can take care of updates via our maintenance service.
You also remain the full owner of your domain and hosting access.
What if more hosting capacity is needed later?
No worries – hosting plans are scalable.
If your site needs more space, power, or bandwidth (e.g., many photos, higher traffic), we’ll upgrade your hosting plan.
We manage the process with the hosting provider (like Hostinger)
Upgrades are done without major downtime
Only the annual hosting price will change (we inform you first)
